By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to the Happy Briday Art Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.
1. About Happy Briday
Happy Briday is an art and crafting community offering creative artwork, digital designs, card and project sets, Art Club memberships, and occasional free creative projects.
Products and content may be offered in digital, physical, or other formats as described on the applicable product page.
2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

3. Art Club Membership

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Art Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency selected when subscribing.
By starting a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period until the membership is canceled.
4. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation
Your Art Club membership will automatically renew according to the subscription plan selected at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation options provided through your account or by contacting Happy Briday.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable subscription page:
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been processed.
You may retain access to eligible membership benefits through the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable plan.
We recommend reviewing your subscription and cancellation information before each renewal date.
5. Subscription Pricing
Prices for Art Club memberships are displayed on the Website and may change from time to time.
If the price of an existing recurring membership changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law before charging the new price.
Taxes, fees, shipping charges, or other applicable costs may be added at checkout where applicable.
6. Individual Products and Sets
Happy Briday may sell individual art sets, card sets, digital designs, crafting files, templates, illustrations, or other products.

7. Digital Products

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased designs for your own personal crafting and creative projects.
You may use the artwork to create finished physical projects for yourself, gifts, and other personal crafting purposes.
Commercial use is permitted only when the applicable product or license expressly allows commercial use.
You may not:
Resell the original digital files
Redistribute or share the digital files
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, groups, drives, marketplaces, or similar services
Give copies of the files to friends, family, customers, students, or other third parties
Claim Happy Briday's artwork as your own original artwork
Use Happy Briday artwork to create competing digital products
Use the artwork to create derivative digital files for resale
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
Use the artwork in a way that suggests you created or own the original artwork
If a product includes a separate license specifying different permissions, that license will control for that product.
9. Commercial Use
Some Happy Briday products may be offered with commercial-use rights.
Commercial-use rights, when offered, apply only to the specific uses described in the applicable license.
Unless expressly permitted, commercial use does not include reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise making the original digital artwork or files available to others.

10. Free Projects
From time to time, Happy Briday may provide free projects, designs, tutorials, downloads, or other creative content.
Free content is provided for the purposes and under the license stated with that content.
"Free" does not mean that ownership of the artwork or underlying intellectual property is transferred to you.
Happy Briday reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove free projects at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, logos, text, photographs, videos, tutorials, project instructions, digital files, website content, and other materials made available through Happy Briday are owned by or licensed to Happy Briday unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase or membership does not transfer ownership of Happy Briday's intellectual property to you.
